House Rules
- The home is equipped with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, coffee filters, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Depending on the number of guests and length of stay, guests may need to supplement as is customary with vacation rentals.
- Depending on previous guest check-out, we can offer an early check-in for an additional $75.00 . This will allow you to check-in anytime after 12:00 instead of 4:00. Contact us to request early check-in.
- Depending on cleaning and next guest check-in, we may be able to accommodate a late check-out. A late check-out fee applies as follows: up to two hours $75.00 Please understand, if you do not check-out on time, it may result in us not getting the next guest in by their check-in time. We respectfully ask that you check-out by 10:00 on your departure date unless otherwise approved. You will be penalized 25% of your total stay if you check-out late without prior approval.
- Be respectful of the neighbors. City ordinance has listed quite hours as 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM, although we ask that you are aware of your noise level at all hours.
-Parties and events may be allowed with prior approval. Additional fees apply. You will forfeit your entire deposit if you have unregistered guests or an unapproved party.
-Please do not hang any items with tape on the walls or ceiling and please do not stand on any of the furniture. We recommend using command strips if you would like to hang things such as banners etc.
-NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES: Extra cleaning fee of $100 if ANY glitter/confetti is found.
-We are happy to offer a smoke free environment to all of our guests. Smoking in or around the property is not allowed and strictly enforced. You will be fined $250.00 if there is evidence of smoking, thank you for not smoking at our home!
- Parking is only allowed on the drive-way. Please no parking on the grass.
